Thank goodness I had the ducts of my slab home further inspected after Clean Air America charged me $400 to “clean” them or I would have been ripped off by them. It takes A LOT to get me to write a negative review on a business, but I was compelled to do so in this circumstance because I don’t want anyone else being taken advantage of. I would highly recommend using their services! Chuck and Tevon went above and beyond to earn Clean Air America a customer for life. They made me feel very confident in my decision to use Clean Air America, I’m so very happy with their service! My home feels (and smells) noticeably cleaner and more pleasant. Chuck and Tevon were exceptionally professional and knowledgeable about their craft, happily answering all of my questions as a first time home buyer. These guys truly went the extra mile! The whole process took less than 2 hours and came at an unbeatable price. They also offered to replace the furnace filter for us (much needed and appreciated). In addition to their excellent work on our ducts, they offered me the furnace cleaning at a great rate and a referral to a company in the area to service our furnace and A/C. They arrived at approximately 1:15pm! Chuck and Tevon introduced themselves and gave a brief overview of the process. On the day of the appointment they called me at 8:45 as promised to give a more narrow window of arrival between 1-3pm. They said they would call me the morning of the appointment with a more specific arrival window. We ended up scheduling for with an arrival window between 12-3pm. Scheduling their visit was incredibly easy and they worked very hard to accommodate our tentative moving schedule. I had a wonderful experience with Chuck and Tevon from Clean Air America! My mom, a small buisness owner, recommended Clean Air America to us. When we’re in your home, you can expect professional, mess-free service with a smile. Lastly, we’ll install new galvanized access panels over any openings created, sweep all floors, and clean up.Finally, we’ll air-wash and vacuum the drop, filter box, blower fan, cabinet interior, and combustion chamber of the furnace.Using specialized scrubbing tools and plastic plugs, we’ll clean all trunk lines (supply air) and plenums (return air).Next, we’ll clean the supply registers, including all grill covers and drops.We then use scrubbing tools to remove any remaining traces of dirt or debris and send it directly to the Power Vacuum Truck.As we clean each duct line, we’ll cover registers as needed to maximize air flow.We’ll also clean and vacuum the register covers.
